We loved our stay. Hassayampa is just one of many beautiful buildings in Prescott. The staff was wonderful and friendly. The lounge, court yard, gym, and other common areas were clean and inviting. Our room was wonderful. Although the bathroom was extremely small, we were understanding of the time period in which the building was constructed. The bed was absolutely comfortable. We will most definitely book with Hassayampa again!

RecommendedWe stayed for two nights and had a very nice visit. The room was a little pricey, but the beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were in a double deluxe room and it was a little crowded. I was able to visit a couple of other rooms with just one bed in them and they were more spacious. I would definitely recommend it as a romantic get-away but not for a family stay. The elevator was thrilling and loved that it needed an operator, it felt like stepping back in time.
We really liked this hotel. Our stay was great. It is a historic hotel which gave it great charm. Staff was friendly and even gave us a flyer on the ghost that is at this hotel... pretty neat. We would definitely stay here again.
My husband and I have moved to Prescott about 3 1/2 years ago, we know we still have to check it out at more restaurants, some are good , some are ok, but the major problem which people concern most is consistency. We have never been to dine at Hassayampa Inn and last night was our first time to celebrate with our couple friends on their anniversary. We enjoyed our stay very much. Walking into the lobby felt like stepping back in time; the historic décor and matching music provided a delightful atmosphere.
For the amount of money it costs to stay I would have expected a friendly staff. We walked up to the desk and all we got was a "How can I help you". If they were my employees I would have fired them all or sent them to a customer service class. Thank goodness this is a company event because I would have left and found somewhere else to stay.
