Spent Christmas in Prescott and decided to have Christmas dinner here. The food and ambiance was amazing! Servers were great. My only complaint was that it took a long time to get our food. It took us two hours to have dinner start to finish. We ordered appetizers and our entrees at the same time. Overall I would do it again tho!
Excellent service! Delicious food and drink. The ambiance was delightful this Christmas. Warm and inviting.
Very nice hotel, tons of charm, old manually operated Otis elevator, nice rooms. Place was all decked out for Christmas 🎄 Very well done and I even got my photo with Santa.. great town with cool artist shops, places to eat and local watering holes.. The staff was great.. couldn't ask for more.. go and enjoy!
Would have prefered to have wood flooring in the room instead of dirty carpet but this was our 2nd stay. It is very inviting and cozy. The breakfast is good. Try the biscuits and gravy. Almost as good as mine lol do yourself a favor put the fried egg on top of the biscuit. The combination of yoak and gravy will tickle your taste buds. Will be back soon enough. Both dogs enjoyed it to. Great staff!! Isiah is a cutie haha
Stayed for one night for a holiday event on 12/3/16. The room was small but clean and comfortable. Built in the 1920s and remodeled in the 1980s, the creaking floors add to the charming character and rumors of ghosts. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.
Intrigue, intimacy and hospitality are defined by the property and its staff....while I was only able to spend one evening, I am already planning my return to this remarkable hotel, historical, beautiful (was there during the Christmas holiday so you can only imagine).....stay at a commercial property if you must, but you will regret not experiencing this amazing inn, this hotel is the reason people run away from home.... thank you for your hospitality....see you all soon
The hotel was nice. Obviously it is old but it had some nice modern touches like USB ports for all of our gadgets. The hotel is very noisy (the kids and family across the hall kept us up so late but this wasn't surprising given the age of the hotel. Room service was prompt and pretty good especially the breakfast. The elevator scared me so bad and we only rode it once. With a baby and stroller that meant some extra work but you do what you have to. Overall a nice cozy stay.
