They don’t keep there appointments causing inconveniences at work for requiring multiple days off of work. They fail to include over 1/2 of the property features in the appraisal. The comparisons were all less than a 1/4 of my property and in horrible locations. They values used were what properties were in the 1980s. These appraisers are out of touch with todays market
