I have had nothing but bad experiences with this place. They sold me cars for way more than they were worth and I've had nothing but problems with my van since 2 weeks after buying it. 2 weeks after buying it the check engine light went on because the catalytic converter went out, my doors on my van stopped latching and just a year later my transmission is going out...and they want to charge me an arm and a leg just to diagnose it before they can start working on anything. I cannot say enough about how well taken care of Haselwood makes me feel. I had an issue with the tires on my 2012 Sierra Denali HD that they obtained for me from another dealer and getting this issue resolved was painless and easy even though Haselwood could have blamed it on the dealer they got my truck from. They earned my trust and I would not hesitate to buy a car from them again - in fact, there is a high probability we will do just that. This is definitely a dealership that is safe to do business with!
