UNBELIEVABLE ANTOINE! What Antoine does compared to other body shops is nothing short of UNBELIEVABLE! As a world class *bad driver* on the mean streets of LA I have taken my car to Antoine for major reconstruction three times (two different cars). Each time he suprised me with something extra I hadn't even expected. Trust Hascar I've tried other body shops, but hascar has always made me feel safe when it comes to the repairs on my car. My car is my baby, so I want the best for my car, and I gotta say I'm liking how they return it to me. I've taken it to them at least 2x's, so when i got into an accident yesturday I had no doubt that I'd chose them for the repairs. They'll get my car today and start on the repair, I know it's in good hands.
Hascar Auto Body is highly recommended! I highly recommend Hascar. I was rear ended by another car and took my 2001 Chevy Malibu to them. The repairs were done in the timeframe that was quoted (despite the holiday weekend) and done above-and-beyond than what was expected. The customer service was great and I felt comfortable with leaving my car in their care.
Best in Class Professional Service Repair Facility & Value I took my vehicle for major body repairs to other shops with cost quotes in excess of four thousand dollars. Class act I took my 2006 Colorado here about 2 years ago, I didn??t want to use INS, so was going to pay cash. They charge me a 40% of what other auto body wanted. Today 5/5/09 I??m taking my car in to get quoted since some ??rocket scientist? hit while it was parked!
Good service and good experience Ive unfortunately crashed my Nissan Sentra 3 times in the past 2 years. Twice in the same month. I crashed it once and took it to him and i got the car back in original shape and got into another unfortunate accident and he did everything he could to RE-fix my car again as soon as he could since I was a returning customer. Antoine was very nice through the whole process. Very reliable and tries to help you out as much as he can. Would definitely return if I would ever need any type of service... read more
Deserves your business I will step up loud and clear here and say, I went to Hascar specifically because of Antoine's (sp) RESPONSES to the criticism here. i am impressed when a person or company listens and remedies complaints. I told Antoine I'd seen the criticisms and liked his responses.
Great experience I've unfortunately had to have my car worked on twice in the past 2 years (my sister did it the one time!) and have had a great experience at Hascar each time. They were friendly and professional, esp. the manager, Antoine. The first time the damage was covered by insurance and State Farm told me that Hascar was very good to work with and had taken care of everything correctly.
