I was very pleased with Harvey response about my query about getting new bands for my bandsaw wheels. You automatically passed the info to sales who contacted me quickly to confirm payments and shipping. When I later asked how to remove both wheels things got a bit sticky. Your team assumed I had removed the wheels and provided link to how to replace the bands. These are very different activities. I have yet to remove the wheels and replace bands but I am not looking forward to having to remove both wheels
Fantastic Customer support. Worked my problem with my G700.. ended up being a faulty VFD. Kept having me try deferent things until they narrowed it down to the VFD. Sent me a new one I wired it in, and all is working as before. Great Folks!!! Thank you Harvey Support!!

Did a lot of research as to purchasing a 110S-52 table saw with all the add ons, and router Rt-800 table top, fence, dust collecor, and floor stand. Harvey with out a doubt is the best engineered and as I think their slogan is something like "excellent is not enough" or something like that. The cost differental between the 3 and 4hp or 36' verse 52' is not all that large, especialy when they are on sale.. Enough said! I went with the largest motor 4hp and the 52 inch model.
