I purchased the 3 hp 52 inch. It was packaged extremely well. The driver was more than kind and helped me to get it into my shop which you did not have to do and I knew that ahead of time I had a issue with the dust collection and the arriving knife. I don’t know where to start. I had been working to build a budget for Harvey’s pro bandsaw for about a year and Remained a bit out of reach for my small business. Andrew with the operations team worked extensively with me to make the sale work and spent a ton of time back and forth on the phone finding solutions for me. I would say this team goes above and beyond to make sure they build a customer base and that those customers are 100% happy. Highly recommend this company and their products.
