Simplisticly put great service. Ordered my cast iron router table and dust collector on 6/26 for pickup in Montclair. Sent me an email on 6/28 for pickup and I called to confirm I was comming in to grab it. Arrived and walked in for pickup where I was greeted by 2 employees who were enthusiastic to help me. Terrible customer service. Absolutely bonkers cancelation and return policy. They charged me for something I didn’t order and refuse to take responsibility or let me return the item. It just showed up. Still expecting a phone call back from a manager, I’ve been waiting a week. Acting sweet in the response to my negative review doesn’t excuse or change the multiple phone calls I’ve had with this company. They have been unhelpful and outright rude.
I recently made an order for a table saw and multiple accessories from harvey. 2 days later the saw I ordered went on sale. A simple email to harvey and they happily adjusted my purchase price to reflect the sale price. I was so impressed with this as well as their customer service over the phone that I decided to cancel my order with another manufacturer for a band saw. I submitted a request asking them to verify the dimensions of a saw, and within 10 minutes I had my answer. Pretty incredible in my book!!!!!
Best tablesaw I have ever owned. The craftsmanship and precision is nothing short. Customer service is amazing. Lifetime Harvey!
