First experience with tech support was very helpful. I don’t have all the answers yet but they answered all the questions I had at the moment. If my Harvey failed tomorrow I’d definitely buy another.
I got the Harvey Alpha Band saw and the G700 pro. They are both extremely solid and well built. It is a lifetime purchase. Customer service was great with calling me when I placed the order as well as giving me a phone call when it shipped. Thanks Andrew and others who assisted me.
I recently decided to upgrade my Delta contractor table saw that has served me well, kinda. I didn't know just how inaccurate it was until I started using my Harvey Alpha HW110LC-36 Pro. Andrew was very helpful through the ordering process and made sure I got everything I needed to get up and running.
