I want to express my thanks to Harvey Technical support, especially Gabriel, with an issue with my Turbo T-60S. Gabriel was very responsive and kept in touch to help resolve my issue.
Customer care is off the charts good. I had an issue fitting my RG-2 into my table saw and was asking about a part with a different width, and instead of selling me the part they offered step by step instructions on how to modify my existing part as well as the option to order the smaller part. They also included detailed photographs of part measurements to make sure my part was in spec. Just above and beyond service. Will buy again!
