I’ve talked with Daniel & Gabriel. Both were excellent with their knowledge. Gabriel helped me immensely. Every question I had he not only explained his thoughts but sent me links of how to YouTube videos. Took his time with me and I didn’t at all feel like he just wanted to put my order in and hang up. My Harvey experience is just beginning but I can say the customer service is next level.
I bought Harvey's Spider Moble baseM-1500Pro and had an issue with the pedal mechanism. After trouble shooting with them, they asked me to mail it back, free of charge. They sent me the front part of the base free of charge and it works beautifully! Their customer service is top notch!
Great customer service. I had a bent stop pin on my Compass ST 1500 sliding table. Called Harvey, got a real person who sent me a new part right away. Added the sliding table to an old Delta Unisaw. Drilled and tapped some mounting holes, had to do a bit of shimming to get slider aligned perfectly to the saw table. Works like a charm!
This is a well engineered, precision machine. The Harvey Alpha Pro36 was delivered surprisingly fast, and the driver used his pallet jack to put the pallet in my garage. Packaging was all first rate, and the assembly instructions are thorough with just a couple of minor exceptions that can be easily sussed out.
