Don’t waste your time searching their inventory on the website. Many of the vehicles are still listed when they were actually sold months ago. I was told “we’re too busy to keep it updated”. Trickery and deception.

Josh in the Service Dept. did an excellent job of helping me out with an issue I had on our Forester. Answered all the questions he could over the phone and then got me in and out of the shop in a timely manner. Thanks bud.
Very very rude customer service! I was shocked how ugly I was treated today! Found a car I loved and was trying to buy it and the man wouldn't give me the time of day! (He even clapped at me!) turned out to be a good thing because I found a better deal next door and drove away happy! Now enjoying my new car!! Don't bother getting help from the bearded guy with glasses, you won't get very far!
When I test drove the 2017 Outback limited, I instantly knew I did not need to waste time visiting the Audi dealership for a test drive there as I had two cars in mind. I loveeeee my Subaru! One of the best features that I've enjoyed and has came in very handy is the eye sight lane keep assist which keeps my vehicle inside the lane. Kinda feels as if a ghost is managing my steering wheel. Love it! Patience comes with great service thanks to the whole team at Harvey Subaru but special thanks to Jacob Sullivan, he is the man!
They are all the nicest people I've ever dealt with at a car dealership....For myself AND my dog!!
I had a broken brake light and called to see if I needed to make an appointment to get it fixed or if I could drop by and wait while the work was done. They said they weren't busy and for me to come by. They were very nice and replaced the bulb quickly before I finished my free soda in the waiting area. They exceeded my expectations.
In from Colorado with my Impreza for scheduled maintenance. Josh got me in and out of there quickly, explained everything, and offered to wash the car. Highly recommend Josh and Harvey Subaru!
