RecommendedI recently brought my Outback to Harvey Subaru to have the windshield replaced. This was only my second time to use the service department. I was extremely pleased with this dealership after both service department experiences. During the first experience, I brought it in for the first oil change. I also asked if they could check the passenger side window (I was having an issue with it rolling down, then half way up, then back down). Concerning the service department: First time my car was there, they pulled the fuse for the running/plate lights and didn't tell me. Got me pulled over, luckily escaped ticketless. Second time my car was there, it took them 3 months to diagnose and change a water pump. They were nearly impossible to get ahold of. Don't answer emails, rarely pick up the phone, never call back. My car is there a third time. What I expect is going to be a fuel pump issue. It's now been 3 weeks, can't get ahold of them. Haven't heard a word bac... read more
I had a great experience with Harvey Subaru buying my first Subaru. The whole process was easy and stress free. Dustin helped me wade through the options and gave me solid advice. The team has been receptive from my first time walking in, and has responded well to any inquiries I’ve had. They treat their customers like a relationship, not a transaction.
Worst car dealership I’ve ever dealt with and sure can’t get service on stuff they promised to take care of. Would never buy another vehicle from them. Feel like they took advantage of a first time new car buyer (my grandson) will be calling John Harvey first thing Monday. He’s driving brand new vehicle with no tail light and it’s been way over month

The best car buying experience we’ve ever had! Will McGrew made the experience as easy as could be especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. They went out of their way to get the perfect car for our family and we feel we got a very fair price. They even gave us two "chewbaru outbark" dog toys and a box of poop bags for our fur babies, which they loved in addition to the expanded trunk room for more mountain adventures in our new Forester! Highly recommend!
We started our vehicle search at Yokem Toyota, we had the absolute worst experience there! We had given up, and decided to wait until the new year to purchase, however; my wife found a Subaru online that she liked! She called Dustin the next day and set up an appointment.
