Very courteous employees. Never a problem with that. At a routine oil change it was recommended that a 'based on mileage' transmission service be done, but I elected to have it done elsewhere. Had to go back to Subaru because of a new problem--whether it was a result of the non-dealer service or something else. I had an 8:30 appt, and got there at 7:45. I called them at 1:15, and they said they hadn't gotten to my car yet! Almost 5 hours from my appt time for what I'd thought would've been done by then. So, after they looked... read more
A little pricey but do good work and very friendly.
They are always on top of things and very friendly. They keep me informed as progress is made and inform me of out of pocket expenses.
