Incompetent customer service. Gave my wife a filthy loaner car after our 2017 Outback broke down on the side of the road. Had no real answer or fix for the issue other than to say it’s a problem with the fuel sensor thinking the tank is empty, even when it’s not. Went ahead and replaced the fuel pump, because why not? Then proceeded to tell us to avoid another breakdown, not to drive the car with less than a quarter tank of gas. Easiest car buying experience ever!!! Great folks!!!
We had one of the best car-buying experiences at Harvey Subaru thanks to Dustin Sackman and Jonathan Phillips. We went in to look at a particular car and every thing was low key and no pressure. We left saying we had to make up our mind without any "normal" pressure to buy now. We made up our minds on the way home and texted we would be in the next day to complete the purchase. Again every thing went smoothly the next day. Next time we need a car this will be the first place we visit.
