We had a new furnace and central air installed last fall and that went well. Unfortunately; the annual service maintenance has been extremely lacking. I reached out twice to get the fall maintenance scheduled. I didn’t hear anything back the first time so reached out again a few weeks later and did hear back. At that time I was told he had time late that week or early next. That time came and went and never heard back after that and never stopped by to do maintenance. Had Harvey come out to my house to switch out a water heater , service was great but he left my old water heater he was suppose to take and hasn’t responded to a text messages about the situation for months , but he definitely accept the money to take it out and dispose of it . Terrible communication and flat out disrespect to say I gotta let it drain out I’ll be back to get it tomorrow and then stop responding for now close to 6months very unprofessional …. Beware …

We had Harvey Mechanical out to our home to replace our AC and furnace. It was a fairly extensive project, and Ben and Peter were professional, thorough, and communicative through the entire process. Everything looks great and works perfectly. Thanks Harvey Mechanical!

This company saved us thousands. We have center point they said our ac was toast, we called Harvey as a second opinion; Ben changed the capacitor and our 6-11k quote went to $250. Thanks a lot!
