Awful property management firm. As a tenant, I've made numerous complaints for repairs that haven't been addressed. I have a window leak in my office I've been requesting be repaired for 2 months. It has now damaged furniture which I was told to make a personal insurance claim for. Why would I make a personal insurance claim for the building manager neglecting to make repairs?
