I had a great experience dealing with Joel and Steve on the purchase of my new vehicle. They were very helpful and accommodating. They both looked out for my best interest and treated me like a valuable customer.
Very disappointed today. Wasn't properly advised when purchased winter tires and explained that I would like summer tires. Today, I was told I should do All weather tires as Escalade doesn't really have summer tires. What?!! Why did I spend extra money for tires, and storage, and extra fees to change them by-annually, if I could've just bought all weather to begin with.
