We were very fortunate when we arrived at Harvey Cadillac in Grand Rapids Michigan. We were greeted by a salesman named Ricky. He was very thoughtful and kind and understanding and listen to what our needs were truly we’re going to name our car after him our new Cadillac Escalade‘s name is Ricky. We loved him and we loved the dealership and he had a great team behind him. Taking care of everything we needed. We would definitely buy another vehicle there.
