I’ve ordered windows through them plenty of times and they always leave off the delivery charge, don’t ask if you would like your product delivered then wait until it comes in to charge you the delivery fee. They say this is the “practice”. I don’t need to know a ton about customer service today know this “practice” sucks and should be rescinded immediately. Do yourself favor and do with Anderson, Marvin or Pella before this 2nd rate company.
