I always look forward to seeing Dr. Arbuckle. He's kind, affable, has a great sense of humor, and goes above and beyond to help me feel as comfortable as possible during my laser hair removal sessions. He's also a very good listener and does a wonderful job addressing my questions and concerns. His staff is fantastic too, I can't recommend him highly enough :)
I had a terrible experience with Dr. Arbuckle. I felt disrespected when Dr. Arbuckle said I looked like my son's "older sister," as well as when he called me "hon" and "sweetie" while answering my questions. His tone was condescending and he mentioned several times he had "been in the business for 35 years." I told him I wasn't comfortable putting my son on long-term antibiotics to treat acne due to concerns about bacterial resistance and he told me "this isn't about you." Visit on time, only a short wait. Dr Arbuckle, as always, was outstanding. His expertise and warm, friendly manner were over the top. His nurse was equally delightful and professional. Great visit!
Fast, friendly, couldn’t ask for better.
Dr. Harvey was such a great doctor the experience went super fast and so smooth we were in there for about 10 minutes and right off the bat he knew exactly what was going on what needed to happen for the situation to go away and he even let me know the prescriptions and instructions for it how to properly use it.
