Great staff and great customer service! I will continue to bank here.
Comparing Harvester with the "big" banks--- Harvester wins hands down! They have competitive rates. Often times their rates beat the competition!! They have had great customer service for many years. Most of the time, you feel like family there. Harvester is utilizing currrent technology, such as mobile banking, to make banking even more convenient for its members. HFCU is the place for me!!
Not sure I want to do business with them any more have been a member for over 20 years and every time I talk about something says next day means 1 to 2 days and then next words out if there mouth is 2 to 3 days so when they say overnight they really don't mean overnight

I called Harvester Financial Credit Union in regards to the basic savings account. I spoke to TJ and she was quite rude. I thanked her for the information and she hung up on me before I had to the chance to say "Good bye." I will say this much, I was not very impressed with how the staff handled phone calls when people inquire. Aside from that the fact that you guys don't offer ATM access to the savings accounts. I will go elsewhere for my needs. Thanks!
