Our rental was not move-in ready upon arrival. The interior was extremely dirty, the kitchen sink was backing up/failing to drain, and multiple components were broken, including flooring, lighting, and closet doors. non-responsive, tried on several occasions to set up showings, couldn't be bothered. Found somewhere else to rent. If they can't even respond to showings, I can't imagine how they'd be as an actual management company so I probably lucked out.
This place has automated texts. I had a rental viewing one day at 12:45. On the same day 10:28am they texted me that they changed it to 10:30 a.m. They began sending me messages about The application process as if I was talking to a real person and every time I responded they'd not respond and then send me another automated message about the rental.
