non-responsive, tried on several occasions to set up showings, couldn't be bothered. Found somewhere else to rent. If they can't even respond to showings, I can't imagine how they'd be as an actual management company so I probably lucked out.
This place has automated texts. I had a rental viewing one day at 12:45. On the same day 10:28am they texted me that they changed it to 10:30 a.m. They began sending me messages about The application process as if I was talking to a real person and every time I responded they'd not respond and then send me another automated message about the rental. I decided I’d be the first real review. This management is the absolute worse. They will withhold your security deposit although it was promised back. The only time they will respond back to you in a timely manner is when they’re asking you if you’d like to invest into their company.
