Absolutely horrendous service. If I could give zero stars, I would. I have never experienced this level of unresponsiveness and lack of accountability from a property management company. It takes them upwards of three weeks to respond to basic inquiries, and even then, they frequently fail to address the actual concerns raised. There is no reliable way to reach them by phone, as their listed number does not work, and repeated attempts to contact them go unanswered. Our rental was not move-in ready upon arrival. The interior was extremely dirty, the kitchen sink was backing up/failing to drain, and multiple components were broken, including flooring, lighting, and closet doors. My "temporary" housing situation could be devastating if not urgently getting the help from Harvest Real Estate Group's affordable rent and furniture ... read more
Outstanding Real Estate Experience — Highly Recommend! I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Harvest Real Estate Group Inc! From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely dedicated to helping me achieve my real estate goals. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and provided expert guidance at every step of the process. Communication was exceptional — they were always quick to respond, kept me well‑informed, and made sure I felt confident with every decision.... read more
non-responsive, tried on several occasions to set up showings, couldn't be bothered. Found somewhere else to rent. If they can't even respond to showings, I can't imagine how they'd be as an actual management company so I probably lucked out.
