Easily worst management company in the city of Birmingham. What’s the point of paying the water bill ? Turns out they are delinquent on payments and the building is set to lose water in 30 days if they don’t pay up. Will allow residents to be without hot water frequently with no notice and will lie about their own deadlines. If you sort through reviews for their properties you’ll see a trend with Bradford Kidd and Company. This is the worst apartment management company in Birmingham. Do not rent from them. No one answers the phone. Your “account managers” don’t email you back. We have been living without a working dishwasher for 6 months and counting, and they do not care about us.
Edit: Windsor apartments The laundry machines are always malfunctioning. There is currently (1) working washing machine and 1 dryer. The unit we are living in has been without air conditioning for 7 days. We have contacted the property via the “portal” and have yet to hear back. And, I am positive that they have one maintenance person working for several other properties.. We are not renewing the lease
(Place at Red Rocks Apartment) Terrible treatment. I would beware before trying to live here. I applied and got approved but was treated awful the time I came to pick up my keys. I informed one of the property managers Bradford Kidd. I had found the place through an apartment locator and was misinformed by that apartment locator about how to fund for my security deposit. Central Station Apartments. The apartment is fine for what it is, little overpriced but that is to be expected. The real issue comes in if you have any sort of problem. You will try to contact the "property manager" Bradford Kidd, but he is a pathetic joke of a business professional. This individual does not deserve to "manage" so much as a McDonalds. His office hours are supposedly 8am-5pm Mon-Friday but you will not reach him during those hours or at any point. Please do not rent here.
