Had an emergency with a permanent bridge. I was seen quickly, within 24 hours, and the problem was resolved immediately.
Doctor was very informative. Service was quick. And they were very flexible and changed the care plan when I changed my mind.Also giving me a plan to pay for each step is what finally got me into the dentist since I had lost my insurance coverage.Thank you.
It was pretty good. One thing, though, the assistant checked my mouth for size, touching without a glove on. she should be reminded for my safety and hers. we had talked about the problemin OK and I thanked her wheni saw her take tools out of plastic bag. she mentioned health-crisis incident in Michigan,i had not heard of. otherwise the staff was overall kind.

I had two fillings repaired/replaced in a bit under two hours. When the initial drilling became painful, I was quickly given more anesthetic and the procedure was paused until I was properly numb again. Aside from that, the whole process was handled professionally.
I certainly agree that Harvard Dental Group is a 5 Star rating. I like the way they have a T.V. Tape playing in the different areas that is educating me on their newest procedures in Denistry and also telling me how I can help myself to prevent less trips to the Dentist.The people working there must be hand picked, as they are very helpful and friendly.
I think Dr. Adams is one of the best dentists I have ever met. He is not only fair but does a great job. He not pulling my two teeth fixed me with him the best. Tnx Doc for being honest and straight with me. If I had the funds and the time I would let you give me a new full set of implants. Stay well and God Bless. Jon r. Benson
