My cleaning was handled professionally and with style. The clinician provided a running commentary with lots of interesting information on what she was doing and seeing.
Always had a fear of dentist due to previous bad experiences over the last many years. With Harward dental that fear was minimal and when I got stared nonexistent. The staff is amazing , very chatty and makes your feel great and in good hands and the Doctor is just as great. I did not feel any pain at anytime and they really make a trip to the dentist pleasant . Doug is 7 years old and has problem teeth his entire life. Hsi appointment started at 11:30 and he got done at 2:00. He had 4 teeth worked on and during the entire process they keep him informed, comfortable and out of pain. Great Dentist and wonderful staff.
Everyone is super friendly and adaptable. There were 3 of us checking in we were all in and out in a reasonable time, the whole staff was efficient and we never felt rushed.

I got in right away, everyone was very pleasant, on time, and best of all they FIXED my dental problem pronto.
I have recommended Harvard Dental Group to several people because they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, well cared for, and do excellent work.
They are always cheerful, happy, and nice. The dentist is very adept. He is both very quick and gentle. He does good work. The hygienist doesn't make me feel bad for not flossing. I really like it here. Prices are pretty good. I do wish the nitrous was a little cheaper. I get pretty anxious for procedures. All the other prices are normal and fair though. I love it here. The only dentist I haven't dreaded to go to.
Being that I worked for various companies which dealt with a lot of confidential information I was uncomfortable when the dentist asked me for information about what I did for work. When I answered in generic terms he continued to ask for more specific information which was difficult for me to answer in more specifics. I did not like being asked these questions.I was surprised when he identified some additional decay when I had been at another dentist just a month previously.
