Wowzers!! Had my first experience in lets say to long of having my teeth cleaned, I knew the other staff really well, and how amazing they are, but it just keeps amazing me.. i have been to Harvard Dental Group for cleanings, a root canal and the first half of an implant procedure. They have been very good at managing my pain level throughout every procedure. The staff was very clear explaining all my options and costs up front and there were never any changes after we decided on a course of action. I can not think of a single negative associated with any of my interactions or procedures. I will continue to use their services and would recommend them highly.
The dental technician did the most gentle and thorough cleaning I've ever had! Great job! Very pleased with her and the Dentist. The Dentist pulled a tooth for me 2 weeks ago and then had cleaning and exam yesterday. Very good experience! Everyone in office were very nice and helpful.Thankyou to the whole staff!
so we took out 9 teeth so I could get a upper denture, Doctor Anderson was outstanding I would have asked for Nitrous but he made my procedure pain free and very comfortable to say the least. I haven't really smile since 2003 because I was always very embarrassed with my teeth either missing or broken. I now have my smile back thank you guys very much

All in one word, Hospitality. I didn't feel pressure to purchase products or services. It wasn't just friendly but hospitable. I was really struck by the information and understanding from the hygienist, Sheryl. I had been to this office about 2 years ago and did not want to go back. My husband and I were not happy where we were. My husband wanted for us to try again and I was truly dreading this appointment. I believe Sheryl will be sensitive to our needs without being sales aggressive. It was a very pleasant surprise.
