I was Very Impressed with all the people at Harvard Dental group."Everyone"was at the top of their abilities and were doing their best to make my Appointment go very Well and give me the service I needed.One of the very best Dentist offices I,ve "Ever"been too.Never been in an office that was so Well run......a great Experiance.
It is always hard to have to find a new health care professional, including Dentists. My dentist had gone out of business and I just kept putting off trying to find a new one. I ended up visiting Harvard Dental Group when I accompanied another family member to their appointment. The staff was friendly, efficient, helpful and I decided to give it a try. I scheduled my own appointment and was extremely happy with the whole experience. The hygienist was great, as was the dentist, and I am very happy with my choice.
Thank you so much for the speed you got me in and the fast lab work. Also it ment a lot to me to have a dental chair open when I walked in the front door! WOW great service. Looking forward to dealing with all of you.

This dental office is quite unusual. First if all , everyone is not only happy, but also caring and polite. The secretary even leaves messages before i return home, explaining research she has done on my behalf about insurance issues. Saving me sitting on hold to get the data. The hygenists are incredible- fabulous teachers as well as gentle as a newborn kitten. In years past, would build up a sweat starting days before visits. Now, I view a visit to this dentist as a peaceful meditative break in my chaotic life!!
Dr. Adams is a fine dentist. He is personal and shows caring for his patients. Definitely my new dentist.
I am very impressed with Harvard Dental Group. From the front desk right through the dental assistants everyone was very friendly and relaxed and did their jobs cheerfully. Have recommended Harvard Dental to other people with confidence.
I had to get impressions done for an implant I'm going to get, my earlier years with impressions were Awful, gagging and worse , I went in really nervous, the girls were so sweet, reassuring me I'd be ok, to remember to breathe through my nose, so Dr Adam's came in and was so nice, he reassured me also, I got my bottom in and I did great, the mixture was perfect, didnt run down my throat, then came the upper, i was still nervous but they keep reassuring me i got this, so i had it...
