We do like Cara and appreciate her work.
Very clean and relaxing feel to the office. Treated promptly and cheerfully at the front desk. The hygienist was absolutely awesome. Always made sure I was comfortable. It was not only the best cleaning I have ever had, but the most comfortable. I already have referred several of my friends.

My hygienist Cara always has a smile with a positive attitude. She treats me with gentleness and communicates well.
Because I spent 25 years in communication education, I do pay particular attention to how others communicate in professional environments. I had my first appointment at Harvard Dental Group yesterday. I was immediately impressed with how clear the communication was, how options were presented and procedures were explained, and how my questions were heard and answered. To me, this was very important. Also, the hygienist was both gentle and thorough.
ver nice atmosphere and everyone so nice. Easiest cleaning I've ever had...the hygienist was not only thorough, but seemed very cautious and concerned about my comfort. The dentist was very nice and explained everything about my exam so that I could understand. I felt very comfortable and left feeling very positive about future treatments. I'm new to the area so I felt very comfortable with having chosen them for my dental needs. My husband plans to use them too.
Great experience. Friendly staff. Understanding when can’t afford suggested treatment. Offering suggesting to help with further appointments. Relaxing rock and roll music.
I really don’t like going to the dentist, but everyone there was so nice and helpful . Thank you for making my visit a good one .
