They let their doctors sexually harass you and when you report it they drop you as a patient. If you care about your healthcare and safety go anywhere else
Dr Berryman neglected me.,..ignored and was rude and the worse doctor ever
Still cant get to talk to Dr Wagner.I have had some kimd of reaction over a pneumonia shot or tramadol given to me.Have had for 2 days now.Tried to reach the doctor and receptioists never gave message last time I tried to get help was threatened with police for harrassment.Frustrated as I am a new patient.The admin had said call next morning ask for Dr I did 3 times.Im feeling pretty bad but I guess my insurance either not good enough or Im not.The Dr is great but I never git ahold of her.I guess I have to ride it out.At lea... read more
I had the worst experience with Dr. Shoun. They routinely made me wait 30-45 mins past my appt time, the nurse was incredibly rude and sent my refill to the wrong pharmacy 3 times, they forgot to order a progesterone re-check on my baby until I reminded them (even though I am a high-risk pregnancy due to multiple miscarriages), and then there was the billing nightmare.
