I lost a large gold crown and needed immediate care. They were able to see me the same day and provided me with outstanding treatment and compassion. Every one was professional and explained what needed to be done so there were no surprises. I recommend this office to anyone who has an emergency problem.
After 3 days of tooth pain it was finally time to call Dr. Adams at Harvard Dental. When I explained the issue, within a moment they had a cancellation spot the next day and popped me right in. The exam was thorough and compassionate. The options of treatment discussed covered the spectrum of conservative to absolute. I had some work done by another dentist, and was not only dissatisfied, but was also in pain for many months. A simple adjustment of my crown was needed, and though my first dentist said there was nothing wrong, I knew there was. In a matter of 10 minutes, Dr. Adams fixed the problem. Doctor Adams was friendly and knowledgeable, and the staff was very accommodating. They have won my confidence and will be my new office for dental needs.

I went in the office as a new patient to have my teeth cleaned and Cara was my hygienist. She did a wonderful job as she thoroughly cleaned my teeth. The office is clean and the staff are pleasant. I would recommend this dental office to a friend.

I was calling dental offices between Medford and Eugene to have a pair of crowns made. I needed them before am insurance deadline that would have left me footing the bill. I had less than two weeks. The unusual part was they were to be seated on two implants set in newly applied bone grafts that four more months before being ready to accept the crowns.
