Being that I worked for various companies which dealt with a lot of confidential information I was uncomfortable when the dentist asked me for information about what I did for work. When I answered in generic terms he continued to ask for more specific information which was difficult for me to answer in more specifics. I did not like being asked these questions.I was surprised when he identified some additional decay when I had been at another dentist just a month previously.
The only reason i didnt give 5 stars was my appointmnet seemed a lite disorganized as to who was gonna do what and when. Overall very pleasant experience. Love the technology used and that it is shared with patient .

Staff is very friendly and genuinely care about patients. I was frustrated when I had to wait at least 10 minutes during my cleaning for the dentist to come check my teeth, especially when the hygienist was updating him frequently on where she was at during the cleaning.

I was very nervous about my visit. But Lisa was very comforting and suggested options to make me feel better. Her professionalism and people skills are wonderful.Dr. Adams was great, assuring and giving me small breaks in the procedure was appreciated. Thank you for your great service and great staff.
We had a scheduled dental appt. With a major chain dental office that advertise on tv and have a big ad in the phone book. The appt was for my 7year old who had a tooth ache. We left the office $300 poorer and his tooth still hurting. That didn't happen at Harvard Dental they addressed the problem tooth took care of it and were the most caring, kind people. Were going back. Harvard dental is our dental office now.
Thank you Cheryl Briggs for being so careful doing my teeth cleaning. I had no hot/cold sensitive afterwards. This is a first for me. Your advice about tooth paste and explaining what you were doing was very comforting. Your other staff are very helpful and professional. Again, thank you for such great customer service.
