The cleaning was very through. The technician gave me some good information and helpful ideas, without making me feel that I had been neglectful.
The dentist and assistant was very kind and caring. Made sure I was comfortable and if became not during procedure to indicate by raising hand. All went find 😊

After going to 6 other dentists and being refused urgent dental I went to Harvard Dental Group. They agreed to see me in the last hour of the work week and they took care of the problem. Rapidly, efficiently and with great care and customer service. From the front desk to the technician to the Dentist himself everything was high quality. Highly recommended

Everyone was so nice and accommdating at Harvard Dental. I can't say enough about the staff and dentist. The hygienist was awesome too, and very gentle! The office and treatment areas were immaculate. I actually enjoyed my visit.
I called for an appointment and was given an appointment the very next day. Kiera was an excellent technician. Very patient and thorough. Highly recommend. Dr Adams was my dental provide back in 2010-2012 before I moved away. When I came back, I could not see him because his office was not in my insurance network until I changed insurance this year 2021
