Tenant for the past 5 years and there is a lot to cover. Pros: Current management with Gerard is amazing and he is extremely efficient. This was sorely lacked with previous managers. Rent has utilities included and that is extremely rare in Los Angeles. Free wi-if and the community areas are nice when kept clean. Payment for rent is online and that makes things extremely easy. This place was our first place in L.A. and it quickly became home after a short time living here. I am very grateful my partner and I found this place because it was so close to everything we love, like hiking and great places to eat. Everyone involved professionally with Harvard Apartments was accommodating and always answered any questions we had. We are truly grateful for our years here. Living here helped us get on our feet in this giant city and it made it feel less overwhelming overall. Much love <3
Lived here for many years and was very happy with the apartment and its residents. It's within walking distance of great shopping centers as well as Griffith Park, one of our favorite hiking spots in LA. We found the location is great for getting where you need to go in city as well due to it being so centrally located and close to most of the major highways. Would recommend checking out if you are in the area.
Great place to live affordable fun nice area with plenty of food and activities. Management is nice and professional. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to call home
