In 1964, when Harold Hartzler made the decision to stop using chemical pesticides and herbicides on his farm, it was not a marketing decision. He did it because he had witnessed the effect of chemical run-off on a neighboring farm after a storm. It was then that Harold decided to farm only "as Nature Intended". Always buy their chocolate milk in Litchfield, but first time having their custard - mint and vanilla - delicious and worth the drive from Grafton Township.
By far the best and most healthy dairy farm in Ohio producing the best milk in the world.
Ice cream and the milk are awesome. My favorite is a cow pie with chocolate milk. Yum.
My girlfriend experiences terrible hot flashes..she loves milk and noticed that every time she drank milk,she would get a hot flash and had changed to almond milk. I bought her Hartzler milk and she was amazed and grateful that she can now drink delicious milk and NO hot flashes. Thank you for my friend!
