Summerhouse square sucked we got an eviction notice every month for being a few days late on rent and when they decided they didn't want us there anymore we got a final notice without warning for being a week late on rent and a bill for 6000$.
The complex is kept clean and well maintained. I've visited several people who've lived there.
3 times raised rent, old AC/ heating, broken toliet, new utility bills added after move in. Paper thin walls, rotten deck, old carpet, filled in pool. Oh and don't forget the property manager who just customized her apartment and put the bill on your dime. Wtf are you waiting for? Move out peeps!
