Oh man where to start. The biggest issue is the people who cut the wires to the lights on the public hallway railing outside that a now-7-year resident puts up every year. Then stole the ones he put up to replace them. He said it was not instigated at all. They also are constantly fighting to the point where they scream loud enough that I can hear every word they’re saying, including the woman begging the man to let her leave and to leave her alone. RecommendedI just moved in here a month and half ago and everyone is friendly and they just opened up a community room! They are planning events and having events which other complexes didn’t do! It’s quiet and peaceful and all around a good place!
I have been here a little over a year every time I have a problem maintenance people are right here it doesn't matter holiday or not my my heater quit working 11 o clock on a Friday night the maintenance guy was here within 30 minutes and had it fixed easy people to get along with
Nice place..nice apartments I have family that reside at summerhouse and its a nice clean friendly place!
I remember summerhouse sq.back in the 90s and it was better back then than it is now. .I don't live here, my mother and uncle and aunt lives here. Truthfully this place sucks.I did have a friend who lived here back about 6.5yrs ago and her name was Pam dials, she cleaned all of these apt.and i mean clean. She took care of alot. ..things are sure different here. They can use alot more cleaning
My daughter has just moved here with her family and so far things are good .Told office of a couple issues that were very minor and they were handled in a very quick fashion .Had an issue at laundromat but not sure who to aim at about that all I can say to that matter is, I will be watching and if anything like that or any other stupidity continues ...matters will be dealt with.That's a promise!!
We've lived here going on 3/years we love it .very nice apartments
