Hi my name is Devia Harris. I called before driving to the location. The employee over the phone asked what I needed and it'll be $5. Cmon. Which was to loosen the lugs. When I arrived the guy asked me did I wanna get my lugs twisted instead of loosened. So, I took that as he made a mistake with his choice of words. Then he lossened one then went to the next one stating that the bolt needed to get removed by being burnt off. He lied which I knew he was lying because the tire shop had just took the lug off.
