My husband had a horrible auto accident in March 2020. An uninsured person driving a rental vehicle hit him head on. I was completely lost on how to proceed. I knew I needed help. cannot rave enough about Mark. He’s so personable, yet professional, caring and absolutely the best. I had no idea what was going to happen or how things were going to go. He called us within an hour of an online submission. He met with us the following week and explained everything in detail. How the process would go, pricing, etc. he would call me randomly to see how I was doing and even after the fact he has contacted me to how we all were doing.
