Their Service dept if great! – I have had John from their service department out to 3 different residences over the last 5-6 years. He serviced 3 different models of dishwashers, a dryer, and 2 different washing machines. The previous poster possibly wanted something for nothing. A service call even if there is not a possible resolution, still costs money.
Avoid doing business with!!! – Price gougers! Charge $40.00 to come out. The fee is waived but repairs are $150.00 minimum. You either end up paying them the $ 40.00 and starting all over to find a reputable company. I needed a fuse replaced on my dryer. It took 15-20 minutes to replace. The fuse cost $16.00. I was billed $155.24. Ridiculous.
