Usually they fix my washer and dryer but they do it very well. Especially for an LG brand which can be more tricky

Before working with Hartshorn we had another repair company come out and quote us a cost of over 900 dollars for parts and labor. We went to Hartshorn for a second opinion and I am so happy that we went with them instead.

I thought they were very professional and gave us good, quality service. I cannot understand why they would have any negative reviews. I will definitely be going to them again in the future.

Rude and Charge Too Much – These people seemed very snotty on the phone and gave me an estimate of $650 minimum. It sounded like they didn't want to bother coming out to check out the problem,

Customer Service is not good – We were referred to Hartshorn by Frigidaire as an authorized factory repair service. Our new front loader was working perfectly, but we had issues with mildew and also an intermittant noise during the spin cycle. The repairperson came out yesterday and looked at our washer. Last night, when I tried to wash some clothes, the water didn't completely drain during the rinse cycle --leaving the clothes sopping wet -- too wet to put in the dryer. Excellent Service – I thought I knew what the problem was with my refrigerator. I was given an estimate of $250.00 over the phone. The repair man from Harshorn came out and diagnosed the problems and handed me a bill for $95.00 for parts and labor. I was very relieved that the bill was not greater than the quote. Two days after the service call I thought the regrigerator was still not quite right, so I called and asked for the repair man to come back.
