We called Hartley when our AC went out overnight. Everytime I called I had to leave a voice-mail. They did not show up when they had said that day, and when I called the next day, they again did a no call/no show. We were very upset as we had heard great things about Hartley from our friends.
A huge "thank you" to Ryan for meeting with us and keeping us informed with the remodel of our master bath and to Justin and Austin, these 2 young men went above and beyond with the tear out of our tub/shower combo and installed our ONYX walk-in shower. They were very respectful and made sure they cleaned up before they left every day. We appreciate the great work!! We would highly recommend Hartley's with all the services they provide!! Windle and the techs did a super job installing our two Mitsubishi units. They were all very professional and friendly. Highly recommend!
