HARTLEY'S appliance changed owners and provides the same great service and reliability AS in the past. The NEW owners of HARTLEY'S appliance. Bobby and Nikki Mims. HAD a vision of opening a store in chester. South carolina. In february of 2013. Their vision became reality and HARTLEY'S appliance NOW has TWO locations in upstate south carolina.

I love this place. They're good people, they work with you. Have bought a washer and dryer from them, came with a warranty, excellent condition, just nice friendly good people for local company!!! I'd recommend them, shop here first if you can't afford something brand new
Mr. Bobby Mims, the Owner, was very prompt. He was absolutely so knowledgeable and efficient. Explained our problem with our refrigerator and repaired it . Offered to come back if things were not suitable. Highly recommend this patient , friendly young man. Will definitely call for their services again.
Prompt and reliable service. Bought my refrigerator from them 2 years ago and havent had a single problem. Called them today to repair my washing machine and they beat me to my house to fix it! Really appreciate their service!
I purchased a washer and dryer from them in February, and the dryer broke down not even a week later, Mr. Hartley came to fix the dryer, and it worked for about week until it broke down again, so he replaced it which was great, now its May and the dryer will not even come on, so I called them and their response was on well your out of the 30 day warranty, so there is nothing we can do. Complete BS I wish I would have never shopped there.
Amazing service, and very friendly service. if you need appliances this is the place to go.
We have bought a refrigerator, washer and dryer from them and have a service call done on a washer and very reasonable prices and gave us great options on parts or replacement for our washer. Would do business with them every time. Wonderful people to do business with.
