HARTLEY'S appliance changed owners and provides the same great service and reliability AS in the past. The NEW owners of HARTLEY'S appliance. Bobby and Nikki Mims. HAD a vision of opening a store in chester. South carolina. In february of 2013. Their vision became reality and HARTLEY'S appliance NOW has TWO locations in upstate south carolina.

Bought a part for my dryer, tried to return because it was wrong. They would not refund because it was opened, but was in a bag that could not be see the parts till opened.
