They were friendly and very thorough. I didn't have to wait forever. What they said they would do they did. I would definitely recommend them.

I called to have repairs done on the range and refrigerator . Gave all info requested and was pptold that a repairman would be at my house around 8:00 am the next day. That morning I got a call asking for directions to my house. After waiting for some time, I received a phone call stating that they didn't do the repairs that I wanted done. ?????? Why wait to tell me that? It is a good bet that what ever they do will never be done at my house!!!!!

They sell defective part's for appliances and charge full price. And want change the defective part's out with one's that work . I spent $150.00 on a single part to fix the defrost on My Frigidaire Refrigerator and lost over $100.00 in food because of there defective part's. And they wouldn't replace the defective part . But I was told that they don't change any part's out that they sell , nore defective part's out .
