Had an appointment for 8:30 for an EKG. Sat in the waiting room until 10:05 along with another gentleman. Had to finally ask what was the hold up. Turns out the front (reception) never put it on the scheduling platform. Not the fault of the technician but really, you see that 2 people have been sitting there for an hour and a half and don’t inquire? Never had a problem until today and don’t usually leave reviews but this was no bueno.
Hartford Health Care has many commercials saying basically we are great, and we care about you so come to us. So, I did. My primary care Dr. said make appointment for a cardiologist because of your stroke, I called and was told "for a NEW patient my first appoint is 3 months out". I make the appointment, 1 month before the appointment I get a letter saying call us we need to reschedule your appointment.
