This place is absolutely amazing. After my car was totaled by a tree in a storm back in May I went looking for a new car. Everyone at Harte was so genuinely nice and caring and really wanted to help get me into a new car. Brian was my salesman and he was great! He dealt with the insurance companies and banks when I was not able to do so and kept me informed on everything going on every step of the way. I called Harte to say I would be coming after work to look at a car they advertised. Drove an hour an a half to look at the car, it was filthy from sitting on the lot for a few months. Arrived a little under 2 hours before they closed. Liked it enough to leave a deposit but didn't have time for negotiating or details of warranty etc. Was advised deposit would be returned immediately if we changed our mind. We chose not to purchase the car, and have since gotten excuses about when our deposit will be returned.

Extremely disappointed in my experience with Harte. I purchased a car and it's been nothing but problems ever since. I brought it back less than 2 weeks after purchase to have ABS issues inspected- was told everything was fine. Each time I go in for an oil change I tell them it's not running right/ lights are popping up. Today I bring it in for a diagnostic test and what do you know! Things they told me were "fine" 2 weeks in, now need to be repaired. They also tell me the underneath is totally rusted- maybe the service guy ... read more
