Honestly wish I could give 0 stars at this point. We went to purchase a used car and the salesperson we dealt with was EXTREMELY unprofessional. We were having trouble getting a loan which was not this person's fault but the way he handled it was completely wrong. While waiting for the approval process, they ignored us for an entire day and when we were finally approved for a loan and ready to sign the paperwork, all of a sudden the car we wanted which we had put down a deposit for, and they agreed in writing to hold for us,... read more

Salesman Franco lied to me on numerous items, would not answer my questions. When I repeated my questions he got mad that I asked again he became aggressive & combative & still avoided answering. We wanted the car so I emailed management requesting he step in & the manager ghosted me then later said there was an issue with his email. The staff at Harte are phenomenal! They went out of their way to help my husband and I get into a vehicle that we love! I highly recommend Harte, We will be going to them for all the maintenance work needed on our new car and I highly recommend that anyone looking to finance a car stop by Harte for their vehicle needs.
great place Larry was a fantastic person to deal with my sister-in-law got a great Nissan sentra at a good price. all the employees we spoke to were very nice people I will be getting my next car from them
0 Stars We brought our 2012 Ford Taurus (which we purchased here) into their service center last week to have a catalytic converter, brakes and rotors replaced. Picked it up, brought it back the very next day because the car was making sounds as if hole in catalytic converter. We were told it was a gasket. Fixed, left the next day for N Carolina. Get there and car is even louder than before it was repaired. Driving home the rotors were so bad the steering wheel was violently shaking. Take it back again yesterday. Told the af... read more

Excellent place to get a car. I was working with salesman Larry and Finance manager Jose. They both did a wonderful job at getting me a car I wanted with payments I can afford! I saw the car online and Larry had it cleaned and shined up for my test drive, I loved it. We finalized the paperwork, he even had it sent back to detailing cause I noticed a few scratches on the front bumper.
