Unprofessional and a massive waste of time. Drove 30 minutes and did basic tests, only to sit and wait for an hour. Receptionist kept making excuses while ignoring my turn. Avoid this place and ask your Family Doctor for a referral elsewhere.
Should be zero if possible. I went to this clinic a few weeks ago and it is so unprofessional. Nothing is organized, reports take forever, and the owner is very disorganized and unpleasant. Please ask your family doctors to refer you elsewhere, you will get much more accurate results and better care and service at other clinics.
Very unprofessional. They never pickup the phone and the call you back whenever they feel like.
My mom had an appointment at this clinic. The receptionist called and confirmed the appointment and sent a text message. She had told me that my mom did not have to wait as she was the very first appointment. Our appointment was at 0900, when we got there, we were informed that appointment was moved to 0930 to accommodate for new bookings. My mom was only taken in at 1000.
