My mom had an appointment at this clinic. The receptionist called and confirmed the appointment and sent a text message. She had told me that my mom did not have to wait as she was the very first appointment. Our appointment was at 0900, when we got there, we were informed that appointment was moved to 0930 to accommodate for new bookings. My mom was only taken in at 1000. I had an appointment last week, I went to there office and they didn't show up. They didn't cancel or inform me or anything. A few days later, they called me and gave another appointment for today and the same thing happened. They don't have any responsibility as a business, I don't think they're capable to run this business. Very disappointing.

I came with my son and the receptionist mistakened my son with another person and made us wait for a whole hour! Unbelievable.
