Never really cares about patients time and waiting and they don't follow the schedule too.. every time they come up saying schedule got mixed up and also asks for pls wait for another 5 to 10mins. We had to wait for nearly couple hours from our appointment time as they messed up with their schedule. Worst experience
Never go to this place . My appointment was 10:00am and I didn’t get to see the dr until 12:33pm . They don’t know what the heck they doing
Unprofessional and a massive waste of time. Drove 30 minutes and did basic tests, only to sit and wait for an hour. Receptionist kept making excuses while ignoring my turn. Avoid this place and ask your Family Doctor for a referral elsewhere.
Should be zero if possible. I went to this clinic a few weeks ago and it is so unprofessional. Nothing is organized, reports take forever, and the owner is very disorganized and unpleasant. Please ask your family doctors to refer you elsewhere, you will get much more accurate results and better care and service at other clinics.
