My husband and I recently purchased a used GMC Acadia from Hart. After a few months, it began having transmission problems. Since the car was just outside the 90 day warranty, I expected to have a big battle over getting it fixed. Boy, was I wrong. I called and spoke to the service manager who told me he would talk to the used car manager about it. Within an hour, he called me back and told me they were going to fix it. No charge, no hassle.
