The only reason they get any stars at all is because my buying experience 3 years ago was okay and the fact the one person in their service department, looks out for the customer. If it wasn't for bryan, i don't know how the place wouldn't have an upset customer every second. From the moment we walked in, we got nothing but 100% professional treatment. Rick Klotzer was able to be helpful and straightforward in regard to our desire for a used Kia Soul. We told them what we were looking for and the amount we were able to spend. They showed us the numbers, on the screen, for no-nonsense dealings.
