Dr Hart is fun to deal with (but you can't Jew him down on price lol). He is also very skilled and highly trained, and highly recommended by me

Dr Hart and his staff were wonderful when my daughter had a frightening emergency! They took great care of me and my dry eye condition. Followed by amazing surgery this week for my father!!! �Three generations to get EYE LOVE from Dr Hart and his amazing staff!
Horrible service and does not want anyone to get second opinions... He will pout and discharge you...Oh and did mention legally blind you... DO NOT GO HERE HE'S CHEAPER FOR A REASON!!
