I have been in business for just over 11 years and almost 6 of those years have been with Harshman Properties. Larry and his team are the BEST!
Avoid working with them at all costs. Tammy and her team nickel and dime you for everything. They do not read the lease and send bills just hoping they get paid. We have locations all over the Midwest and they are by far the most difficult and frustrating to deal with. Incredibly happy to be out of their space.
I am incredibly disappointed with the management of Harshman Property Services. The numerous issues I’ve experienced and the lack of assistance from the staff have made my time renting at 21 Virginia Ave nothing short of a nightmare. The maintenance in this building is atrocious. Despite numerous complaints, problems such as leaky ceilings, faulty AC, and electrical issues remain unresolved.
