This lady messed up my mouth for some reason she did not like me,she broke 2 of my teeth and at first she admitted to it now she's in denial...never offered to pay for them to get fixed .this happened June 1st and my teeth are still the same ,,never said sorry ,what kind of dentist does that...A hater
Dr. Patel pulled 2 molars and I was hardly aware. No pain. Everyone in their office is so sweet and cheerful, they make you feel comfortable. ??

She is a very rude dentist. She got upset at me for asking a legit question. She said in a mean tone, “I don’t have time for silly questions. I’m very busy and have no patience right now!” OMG! My question was not even silly! I do not recommend her!
I've been going to her for years. I am happy with the professional service from her and the office staff, and I've never had a scheduling mishap. I get a call the day before to remind me of appointments. Dr. Patel explains things clearly and helps me make the best decision for my treatment. I have co-workers in the Salinas area who are also her patients and are happy with the service.
she is amazing dr , she has thorough knowledge and most important not behind money I was visiting there and needs a urgent care and she helped me .
Lied to me and my partner about willing/able to remove a long time painful and broken tooth. Was told it wouldn't be a problem, then was suggest to pull a DIFFERENT tooth first, getting our business, then let us make another appointment and sit in there office an hour before telling my partner they wouldn't be pulling the tooth. After getting angry they finally told my partner was, too nervous. They met and treated my partner before. They knew it was a 45 minute drive one way to there office.
