They are one of the most attentive psychiatrists I've ever met. They always remember me and my situation at every appointment, and make an extra effort to make me feel important and respected. They are definitely the best psychiatrist I've ever seen. I think they are the most knowledgeable, helpful psychiatrist in the field. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They made sure every question I had was answered thoroughly, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I’ve been to some other psychiatrists that really rushed my appointment, but they didn’t do that here at all. Left a message and had the doctor call me himself to make an appointment. Got a 6 pm appt and got there at 6:05 due to rushing over from work. The doctor was there with his childlike receptionist. He told me that he never called me, never made an appointment and that I was in the wrong place. He closed the glass receptionist door in my face and asked me to leave. Dr. Harshad Patel, a psychiatrist? Ummm NO! Currently working on sending a letter to UHC and also filing a complaint against him. What a douche!
I was very glad that my appointment went the way it did. Dr. Patel listened, and really worked with me to create a plan to make life better. HIs kindness and knowledge are so apparent. I also appreciate the front desk staff who always make me feel welcome. I would highly recommend Dr. Patel to anyone needing support.
