I could never have had any better Doctor, nurses, or staff than this surgical experience had provided for me. Dr. Jay was very understanding, supportive and explanatory of the procedure with me as well as with my husband. The surgical staff at the Mason City Clinic Same Day surgery setting were all exceptional, also. We could never rate you any other than a 5 star!! Thank you for such a great surgical experience!!!! Every one was nice and smiling and wishing us a Merry Christmas, as we came in, and the thoughtfulness continued throughout the whole time. It was as pleasant as one can be for a procedure like a colonoscopy. I had not seen the new rooms and was very surprised at how nice they were, clean and bright. Thank you for taking care of me

My appointment went well. Hated to hear Dr. J would not be coming to Iowa Falls anymore. But I can still go up to Hampton to doctor with him. Excellent experience for procedure he did.
