Nearly 2 hours after being sat, our waiter started to bring out our appetizers, cold chowder and warm tuna tartare. We requested for over 30 mins to speak to a manager, and finally she walks over. As we proceed to tell her how unacceptable this all is, without blinking and an attitude she said do you want me to bring your entrees out?
